Here is just a small number of clients we have completed research projects for;
Supervalu and Centra:
We have conducted research for a range of Supervalu and Centra Franchisees including those in Blackrock, Churchtown, Kanturk, Fermoy, Abbeyfeale, Carrigaline and Midleton. These were tailored specifically to each stores needs and often included a mixture of internal store interviews, external face-to-face interviews, and/or telephone interviews. They usually covered strength and weakness of the stores and advertising media effectiveness.
Musgraves
In addition to the work we have carried out for individual Supervalu franchisees, we have also carried out work directly for Musgraves. This included a wide-area report. The reports included an overall analysis and individual reports for each store in the catchment area.
McDonalds:
Minotaur have provided information to McDonalds Franchisees about both their marketing response and market share.
First Medical:
First Medical provide a range of services to the pharmaceutical industry. Minotaur worked closely with them in developing a customer awareness evaluation of an advertising campaign for a major multinational pharmaceutical company. This took place simultaneously in multiple locations.
Dunnes Stores:
With a range of stores throughout the country, Dunnes Stores is one of the largest retailers on an all-island basis. Minotaur have been employed to provide feedback on the performance of specific stores, along with advice on how to improve their sales. In addition we have provided information on a more corporate level, such as how best to modify promotions etc.
Gasoline:
This sole trader utilised Minotaurs services to obtain a fast and comprehensive look at their customer base and the best way to reach them in the run up to Christmas.
The Advertising Department:
This advertising consultancy helps companies determine their best advertising strategy. By analysing their advertising budget and where it is spent The Advertising Department assists a range of clients to get the greatest sales per Euro. Of course to do this you need to know the response to various campaigns.
Working in partnership, The Advertising Department and Minotaur have helped a number of clients to obtain this information and save money.
HRM:
Providing specialised consultancy services to the Retail and Hospitality sectors, this Minotaur Partner has worked with us in obtaining and providing added-value information services to its clients.
Shipton Group:
The Shipton group is one of the largest shopping center owners in Munster. Minotaur have completed quantitive research amongst shoppers in three of their shopping centers. We then used the results of these surveys to design targeted and more effective focus groups which we also conducted.
Mallow Chamber of Commerce
Mallow Chamber of Commerce were interested in the impression of the town amongst potential shoppers. We conducted face-to-face interviews within specific housing estates and on the streets of the town itself. These allowed us to provide breakdown reports based on criteria such as whether the interviewee was a local and how long they had lived in the town.
Toys & Stories
We conducted face-to-face interviews in three stores over a single weekend. Four reports were presented, one for each store and a combined overall. These covered customer profile, brand awareness and advertising effectiveness.
Green Properties Ltd.
A week long survey was carried out on the shoppers in the Killarney Outlet Centre to identify the type of stores desired and to identify the most effective places to advertise.
